Optimization of Tourism Management Based on Regional Tourism Competitiveness Evaluation: Evidence from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China

This paper evaluated the regional tourism competitiveness of 22 county-level administrative regions in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China. The study analyzed connotation from perspectives resources and economic environmental benefits, established an evaluation index system for comprehensive competitiveness. used entropy weight TOPSIS to measure level Ningxia, spatial association hot cold analysis describe pattern Ningxia. results indicated that Lingwu City, Xixia District, Huinong District have high competitiveness, while Jingyuan County, Haiyuan Hongsipu exhibit weakest also showed development had greatest impact on county northern region southern were with high-high clusters low-low respectively. Based results, was classified into four types: advanced type, marginal dependence improved optimization backward type. Finally, put forward targeted suggestions order provide reference functional zoning high-quality development.
